Customer Agreement Policy


Our products are made with the highest quality standards, as well as durability, child safety, waterproof, UV protection, and discoloration.  Any issues with the products will be detailed in the warranty certificate and will be addressed as early as possible.

Delivery and Installation

Lovers blinds, Zebra shades, Princess shades, and draperies might take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to supply and install under typical conditions. Within 3 weeks, all orders for 2″ blinds may be delivered and fitted. All installations must be completed between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday. On Fridays and Sundays, there are no installations (Except by Appointment). If the customer is unable during the dates, we may arrange for an installation on a Saturday, however, this must be asked and agreed upon prior to the installation date being scheduled. Customers who request installations after 5 p.m. or on Sundays will be charged an additional $150. (10am-4pm). Customers must be present at the area where the installation will take place. The sales representative’s installation date is always an estimate that will be honored but cannot be guaranteed. However, as a valued client, we will do everything possible to ensure that delivery and installation are completed on schedule. Please keep in mind that installation times and dates may be changed at any time due to factors beyond our control, such as production delays, customs holdbacks of fabrics/parts, inventory backorders, incorrect fabric color orders, damaged fabric during delivery, or fabrics being reproduced from the supplier’s end. If a scheduled installation is canceled for any reason, the client will be offered the next available installation date, or the customer may pick another day that is more suitable for all parties and falls within regular business hours.

Damaged / Shortages / Wrong Colour/Size Reductions

Within 24 hours after installation, all broken, missing, or incorrect color blinds must be reported to the installer or the firm. Without explicit authorization from the installer, all claims made after 24 hours are considered invalid. Any blinds that are missing or damaged will be re-ordered and/or replaced. Please wait at least 2-3 weeks for us to rebuild the blinds and have them delivered and installed if you need one. 

Partial Installation

Because of our client’s needs, we may be able to accommodate a partial installation, since some window coverings may be ready sooner than others, which may take longer to produce. We expect the customer to make a partial payment of the total cost in the case of partial installation; the remaining balance will be required when the entire order is delivered.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Product warranty and Support

Any issues regarding the products will be covered by the warranty as outlined in the warranty Certificate and will be taken care of in a timely manner.  Any issues concerning the order after the installation of the products will not be sufficient to withhold any payments.  We appreciate your business greatly, If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with our products & services, we humbly request that you keep your confidence high in us and allow us time to fix any issues that you may have with our products and services.  We respect all our customers, and we expect that you always respect our staff and our installers. We promise that we will be doing everything to make your experience pleasant with us.
